Some of the best carbs for bodybuilders imo are.
1-Sweet Potatoes 2-Brown Rice. 3-Oatmeal. 4-Wheat or Rye bread. 5-Wheat pasta. 6-Wheat Tortilla wraps. Those are some off the top of my head that i prefer as far as nutritional carb value. |

I eat about 8- 10 slices of wheat/rye bread everyday with egg whites, tuna, pb and seeing minimum results.
