Ok, so I took some pictures on Jan 6th. These pictures are from a non workout day (I had worked out the past 2 days). Please let me know what you think.
I'm trying to gain like 15-20lbs, and I'm eating a lot! I'm having egg whites almost everyday with wheat bread (about 6 slices of wheat or rye bread), tuna, vegetables, chicken breast, NO PROTEIN OR WEIGHT GAINER SHAKES though. What should I do? Some other forums are saying since this is my 5th cycle I should be bulkier. ![]() ![]() ![]()

I started to take the serious mass by Optimum Nutrition today (1 shake). Probably 2 tomorrow.

Serious Mass is a weight gainer not a protein shake. Be careful you dont gain too much fat from 2 of those a day.
