I think I'm going to start in about a week or two. Might do CEL M-DROL + P-PLEX & 19 nor tren.

Not going to take M-drol until 3rd week

Ok, so I took some pictures on Jan 6th. These pictures are from a non workout day (I had worked out the past 2 days). Please let me know what you think.

Add 2-3 protein shakes per day to what you are eating and a good post work out shake with some Karbolyn or waxy maize.

I started to take the serious mass by Optimum Nutrition today (1 shake). Probably 2 tomorrow.

Serious Mass is a weight gainer not a protein shake. Be careful you dont gain too much fat from 2 of those a day.
