I also know guys that eat mcdonalds all day and train 30 minutes 4 times per week that are over 250 and bellow 10% all year. We are all different at the end of the day. When it is all said and done as a general rule of thumb under one hour of cardio per day and changing methods along with a low carb diet with plenty of protein every 3 hours is what has worked for me. The leanest I have ever been in my life and fullest was eating carbs post work out only and on sunday's.

For me.......The easiest way to get lean is to do 45 minutes of low intensity fasted cardio 5-7 days a week. I usually will sip some BCAAs while walking at a slight incline, so I guess it's not totally fasted. I haven't done this in a while, but if I want to get cut up this will do the trick. This also works well for me when bulking to stimulate my appetite and keep the extra fat off.
I would imagine that going for a swim first thing in the morning would be even better. |

I try to do about 45minutes to 1 hour every other day.
I'm not convinced that exercising every day is the best way to get my body to take on the appearance I want. Though I do find myself craving the exercise on the days I don't do it, which is amazing because a year ago before I started I found it really hard to start my workout, now I find myself actually looking forward to it. I know some people train a lot harder, and every day but I'm just trying to go for a toned look, I don't want be a huge guy like some people round here.
