Breakfast-- 3 Egg cheese and ham omlete
Before lunch-- 2 pop tarts Lunch-- Philly Steak with diet Soda of course Mid afternoon-- A protein bar (gotta keep that protein flowing) Dinner-- McDonalds Chicken selects... (keeping it light) If I get really hungry before bed some fat free ice cream..

I got really excited there for a moment, though I was going to be able to throw all of the darn rabbit food away. But no I don't think this diet is going to work for me

If you add a bit more cardio on your off days. You may be able to treat yourself to a little of this and still loose weight. Notice I said a little and treat lol. Not diet on it like Hugo.
